Cancellation/ Refund policies

If following your request to return an item, you change your mind and wish to cancel your return request, you have the option to refuse the collection of the item when the courier contacts you to pick up the item.

You can also call our Customer Support and we will instruct the courier to terminate the collection from you and reverse the status of your order.

Termination
Mix & Match Handicrafts or you may terminate this agreement at any time. You may terminate this agreement by destroying all materials obtained from this Website. Mix & Match Handicrafts may terminate this agreement immediately without notice if, in its sole judgment, you breach any term or condition of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this Website.

Integration 
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Mix & Match Handicrafts and supersedes any prior oral or written arguments, understandings, or other communications between parties. This agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by both you and an authorized signatory of Mix & Match Handicrafts.

Use Tax
Mix & Match Handicrafts may charge sales tax to some items which are subject to tax.

International Shipping
Some manufacturers restrict us from selling some of their products outside Jordan. Furthermore, the nature of some products prohibits their export from Jordan.

Packages shipped internationally fall into the shipping company's responsibility against loss and theft. Any claim made for a lost or stolen package must be done within 30 days of purchase.

Other
The headings in this agreement are for reference purposes only and have no legal effect. If any portion of this agreement is void or unenforceable in whole or in part, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in effect.
